Esther has been the driving force behind Maisons Tournesol for a number of years. Most of her original clients (who remain clients) were her friends and most of her new clients have become her friends. This is the nature of the business. Esther has grown her Property Management business from the local Pezenas area to now covering large parts of Herault. The business has over 40 properties under its management and it is forecast to grow further over the next few years

French affairs 

One of the biggest benefits that Esther can bring you is her intricate knowledge of French banking, taxation, utility companies and general bureaucracy. She has developed a wealth of knowledge during the last 6 years helping her clients in all manner of areas. Client relations

Esther is always available to answer any issues you may have about your home. Her accessibility and patience is legendary. As many current owners will attest, no problem is too big or too small to be dealt with in a timely manner. Following the "Maisons Tournesol's moto - "if it needs doing, it will get done" - Esther will keep in contact with you on a regular basis to update you on anything form the progress of building work, future bookings, to the health of your plants or to the weather. By speaking regularly, Esther ensures that you have no surprises.

Changeovers

Esther's greatest strength is her attention to detail. She is constantly improving methods of decoration and home care. Beds are made with freshly ironed sheets and towels are turned into decoration pieces. She expects and demands high standards from everyone that works for Maisons Tournesol. She is also acutely aware that if houses are cleaned and prepared thoroughly for guests, that instruction are neatly typed, and that there is a person at the end of the line for any help, then any issues are reduced. Esther Rouff came to Languedoc from French Canada over 10 years ago. France is now her home. In fact France has become so much of a home to Esther that you will struggle to find anyone that she does not know in the region.
