Keyholding is not just about attaching a key ring to a set of keys and opening up the house when someone comes to visit. It is also about regularly checking on the property, sorting the mail and identifying any important communications, keeping the property aired and noticing anything unusual to the fabric of the building. Our watchword is  'prevention is always better than cure'. So whether it is an important letter from the Marie, a leaking skylight or an open window, we're on hand to protect your property all year around.

 

Our keyholding service

We provide a keyholding service to around 40 properties in Pezenas and Herault. We meet your guests in their first 24 hours of arrival. We welcome them to your property and explain the workings of the house. We are also on call if they have any problems during their stay. We also ensure that your property is ready and available for your visit. Let us know your requirements and we will ensure that everything is perfect for your arrival. Of course keyholding is not the limit of the services that Maisons Tournesol provide, but if this is all that you want, then we will be happy to assist you.

 

Our changeover service

changeovers A member of our team will also be at the house upon the departure of the guest and will do an immediate inspection.  Any problems we will immediately report back to you. Our team will also ensure that your property is thoroughly cleaned and returned back to its normal tip top condition.
